What’s your return policy on t-shirts and ‘by NS’ items?

We hope you love everything you get from Nutrition Stripped! Our made-to-order hand-screen printed, and packaged with love from our offices in Nashville — make us confident in offering an Exchange Only Return Policy on unworn and unwashed items. If you find it necessary to exchange any part of your order, please return the item(s), within 14 days of delivery and ship to the address (100 Taylor Street D5 Nashville, TN 37208) with your name, email address and order number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all postage. Once your item(s) have been returned, we will issue a store credit for the total value of your exchange, via email within 24-48 hours. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns. No order modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns on sale items, seasonal holiday items such as Black Friday, or items marked final sale.

Can I exchange my garment for another size or color?

Of course! Email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] to get the exchange process started, and we’ll give you all the information you’ll need!

What’s your return policy on digital guides, ebooks, and online products?

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the products, we do not offer refunds on digital guides, ebooks, and online products. 

What’s your policy on shipping?

If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if the carrier returns the package to our office. If you don’t respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Nutrition Stripped is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
