First, simply gather your ingredients including honey, dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.  Next, whisk together until fully combined or simply put in a glass jar with a lid tightly on and shake.

Do I have to use honey?

Not necessarily! If you generally don’t enjoy honey, feel free to use another natural source of sugar to add a touch of sweetness. Maple syrup would work just as well here! 

How long will this recipe last?

When stored in an air-tight glass container, you can use this dressing for up to a week.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Another way to combine these ingredients is to add them to a glass jar with a lid tightly on and shake until the ingredients are well combined.
