The Recipe

Ingredients

15 ounces tahini

Juice of 2 lemons

1/3 cup of cilantro, parsley, chives, and dill (each)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon of sea salt, adjust to taste

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, adjust to taste

1 tablespoon lemon zest, optional but recommended

Directions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy.

Step 2

At this stage if you’d like a dressing consistency, add more water, otherwise, this will be a thicker paste that can be thinned out with water or a splash of ACV upon serving.
