Well, it’s the day after Thanksgiving and I know many of you are feeling the aftereffects of eating too many goodies and simply too much food making our digestive systems work overtime. Here’s a quick recipe you can make if you have 5 minutes, a lemon, a lime, a grapefruit, and an orange…turmeric if you’re feeling fancy! Hello Citrus-4 Juice and hello to shaking off yesterday!

A delicious citrus juice made with 4 types of citrus and a kick of turmeric for added inflammation fighting compounds.
Ingredients
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 grapefruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, optional
Instructions
  1. Juice each fruit with a hand juicer or you can peel each fruit and put through a centrifugal juicer. Add a pinch of ground turmeric to stir as an optional inflammation fighting boost!
  2. Enjoy immediately. Serve over ice, optional.
