Well, it’s the day after Thanksgiving and I know many of you are feeling the aftereffects of eating too many goodies and simply too much food making our digestive systems work overtime. Here’s a quick recipe you can make if you have 5 minutes, a lemon, a lime, a grapefruit, and an orange…turmeric if you’re feeling fancy! Hello Citrus-4 Juice and hello to shaking off yesterday!

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 grapefruit
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, optional
- Juice each fruit with a hand juicer or you can peel each fruit and put through a centrifugal juicer. Add a pinch of ground turmeric to stir as an optional inflammation fighting boost!
- Enjoy immediately. Serve over ice, optional.
