Hey guys and happy Thursday! With summer coming up around the corner, I wanted to bring you even more workouts that you can take with you on the go or do at home. Today I’m introducing you to Danielle Pascente, an LA based personal trainer ane the creator of the Kick-Ass Training Guide. She’s sharing a killer 20 minute full body workout that will get your muscles moving and blood pumping. I’ll let Daneille take it from here!

With summer quickly approaching, I’m super into giving my clients quick & effective workouts they can do on the go.  I know motivation increases as the temperatures start to warm-up.  Everyone is de-thawing from winter and ready to shed some layers.  I totally get it, and I want to make it easier to get quick workouts in with little to no equipment.  Try this sweaty 20 minute full body burn and let me know what you think!

Circuit protocol: 5 exercises, 4 rounds, 60 seconds each exercise.  Rest as needed.  I typically take a 60 second break between rounds.

I know it’s hard to stay motivated all the time, so I try to release weekly workout videos on Instagram.  I hope you are inspired to get moving!  In addition to this workout, you can try my latest lower body burn workout below.

One of my biggest rules of thumb is to just try and move every day!  It doesn’t have to be 100% effort every time, but moving your body daily has so many benefits.  Whether it’s a circuit like this or just a nice walk outside, I always encourage my clients to stay active!  If you have a bigger goal in mind and want to kick your workouts up a notch, come check out my Kick-Ass Training Guide.  The 6-week program is killer, and easy to do in the comfort of your own home.  Any goal is possible with proper nutrition of course (cough cough, McKel is the bomb) and a regular exercise regiment.  I’m super grateful to have this platform to share and I hope you guys enjoy these workouts.  Go kick some ass and get ready for that summer sunshine and swimsuit season.
