Our mission is to help make it simple for you to learn the science of nutrition and the art of healthy living so you can live whole, eat well, and feel your best. You’ll learn the tools and long-term strategies that work for you, for life.
We practice evidence-based nutrition science with a sprinkle of the art of living well (integrative functional nutrition). Making the learning and coaching process conversational and down to earth, yet professional and trustworthy.
We believe feeling your best is a way of thinking, living, and showing up for yourself by taking informed action based on education you can trust.
With support from our Registered Dietitian McKel Hill, MS, RDN, LDN with 7 years nutrition coaching with clients, we coach in a variety of ways from corporate wellness to managing health conditions through diet and lifestyle.

Science and Art
McKel Hill, MS, RDN, LDN is the CEO and Founder of Nutrition Stripped. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Ohio State University and is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
With 7 years of coaching experience, she teaches the simplicity behind the science of nutrition and art of healthy living through recipes, health articles, online education programs, and a private coaching practice.
While a teacher at heart, she is always learning, and currently enrolled in training as an Integrative Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner through the accredited Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy™ (IFNA).
She’s dedicated her career to helping people feel their best through nourishing multiple pillars of health—and also feel good about the information they were getting about nutrition and wellness. She lives in Nashville, TN with her fiance and Luna (their adorable Samoyed dog).
At NS, our philosophy is about teaching you how to listen to your body through digestible mind-body strategies and focusing on a plant-centered nutrient dense diet. Let us take care of the hidden science behind each recipe — you’ll get the result of feeling great, eating delicious food, and most importantly learning long-term strategies that improve your health.
Research will continue to uncover the many ways our bodies are affected by our diet and lifestyle. What plays an important role is our genetics, hormones, environment, and the state of your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Science and evidence-based research is our backbone. We use this framework in addition to coaching on how to become more aware of your mind and body and the impact it has on your health.
