I’ve had many questions over the years about what my favorite workouts are, favorite gym clothes, and of course workout nutrition; today I’m sharing a “What’s in My…” post, gym bag edition. Here I list my favorite workout essentials from water bottles, to clothing, and to my must-have beauty items that are always available just in case I’m bouncing from workout to meeting and back and forth. No. 1 Nike Free Runners | No. 2. headphones for music (secret to working out = good music) | No. 3 S’well reusable water bottle (birchwood and white is my jam) | No. 4 Stella McCartney for Adidas jacket (obsessed) | No. 5 Matcha Matcha Matcha muscle tank and Good Food Good Vibes tank | No. 6 Emi-jay hair ties (these are THE best hair-ties even for really long hair like mine, no pulling is a major win!) | No. 7 Herschel Supply Co. workout duffle, my absolute favorite since it’s waterproof

Gym Bag: Beauty Favorites
