Taking care of our skin year round is essential to looking and feeling great, but our skin needs a little extra love especially during the winter months. I’ve compiled a list of my top favorite skincare products to use year round, but especially during the colder months since most of these contain extremely moisturizing components like natural oils, coconut oil, vitamin E, antioxidants, and more ingredients to keep your skin feeling radiant, healthy, and moisturized.

As much as I truly believe our exterior is a reflection of our interior (i.e. our outer body such as skin, hair, and nails is a reflection of what’s going on with our digestion, what food we’re fueling with, stress management, etc.); there are however some topical treatments and products I LOVE using to help improve my skin. Many of them include exfoliating + moisturizing. Exfoliation is one of my top recommendations to keeping dry and flaky skin at bay during the winter while also stimulating circulation and lymph, followed by moisturizing your skin with a natural ingredient like my favorite coconut oil or Tata Harpers body oil (so dreamy).
