“My goal was to learn how to feel good and strong in my body. I would wake after 8 hours of sleep feeling tired and I wanted that to change. After reading dozens of books and articles about personal development and health and wellness, I felt overwhelmed. I didn’t have a framework to incorporate the various prescribed strategies and practices into my day-to-day. Enter McKel.
