And I love the reminder that routine actually frees us from stress – I always associated it with laziness or boredom and being “stuck in a rut” and whatever another negative thing one could say. I also really need to focus on the marathon and not the sprint. I’ve been very guilty in the past of doing quick fixes and feeling good for a bit and then slowly reverting.
