Happy October! Today I’m sharing a Sweat It Out workout playlist to motivate you to get that body moving and blood flowing in October! If you’re looking for a workout to try, check out this circuit workout plan from earlier this week on the blog. It’s designed to be flexible enough to do in your living room, on the go, or in the gym! Do what works for you, but just get that body moving! I wrote a post a few weeks ago about the importance of exercise and how to create a workout plan and stick to it. It’s all about consistency, so just get out there! What kind of workouts have you been into lately? I’ve been working with a trainer who has taught me so much about form and how to properly work my body! I also tried Soul Cycle for the first time in LA and LOVED it! I think I’m going to have to add some spin classes into my routine now. Any other workouts that are a must to try?
