Hi guys and Happy November! This year has been jam packed and is SERIOUSLY flying by! I share on Instagram about my intention for November which is to get back in a morning routine that I’ve lost track of from traveling like crazy the last few months! Routines are so important for me to stay balanced, focused, and on track for everything that’s going on at NS, but I’m determined to get back on my daily schedule to stay balanced and productive! One hugely important part of my morning routine that I’ve been missing more than usual is my morning gym time! To get back in the swing of things, I’m sharing a workout music playlist for November 2016 to get you up and moving and grooving in the gym with upbeat songs to motivate and inspire your workout.

Get movin’

I truly don’t know how people can work out without music, but props to you if you’re one of those people! I NEED music blaring in my headphones to keep me motivated, to give me an extra push, and to dance around or stretch to in between my sets and rests. I like fast paced music for runs and lively music with a steady beat for when I’m weight lifting. Especially since the time is changing tomorrow (insert streaming tears emoji), I find in the colder months I need a little extra pep in my step to get the most out of my time in the gym.

A killer workout playlist is just one tip for getting moving and your muscles working. Another trick that gets me going, as silly as it may sound, is cute workout clothes. Because sometimes looking like a hot mess makes you feel like one too. Avoid that feeling and get excited to head to the gym with cute clothes like these cool gray leggings, this cute workout crop, and these PINK shoes!
