Temperatures are really starting to rise here in Nashville, and whenever it’s getting warmer outside my body always craves a cool and refreshing treat. Instead of reaching for a frozen treat that might not be very healthy, I like to whip up this quick smoothie and find instant refreshment from the frozen fruits and veggies and crisp basil. The coconut milk adds extra healthy fats so that you can drink this for breakfast and stay full all morning! To get the whole recipe, keep reading!
