This is a ruled notebook style journal with a premium hardcover, thread-bound open flat book. The cover is a smooth “leatherette” white with a black print of the “health is a daily practice” logo by Nutrition Stripped. There is a white elastic band that will secure the notebook shut, additionally, there is one expandable folder on the inside covers to store extra notes.
The pages are empty meaning there are no prompts or additional copy within the notebook, it’s a blank canvas for your thoughts!
