Hey everyone! I’m excited to share with you all today a highly requested cooking video and group of recipes! The perfect quick & easy breakfast on the go or for a busy week at home – Overnight Oats, Three Ways. These recipes encompass some of my favorite varieties of the quickest breakfast or snack to plan ahead of time.
Tropical & Mint
1/2 cup rolled oats + 1 cup homemade almond milk + 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup + 1/2 kiwi fruit, chopped + 1/2 mango, diced + hemp seeds and fresh mint to garnish
Berry & Chia
1/2 cup rolled oats + 1 1/2 cups homemade almond milk + 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup + 1 cup blackberries + 1/2 cup blueberries + chia seeds to garnish
Citrus & Blood Orange
1/2 cup rolled oats + 1 cup homemade almond milk + 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup + juice of 1 lemon + 1 blood orange + bee pollen and pinch of sea salt (optional) to garnish
