Last Friday I had the most amazing time celebrating the release of the #NScookbook my family, friends, and hundreds of partygoers at White’s Mercantile! I had such a blast meeting readers and new friends and seeing so many people take the cookbook home to their kitchens. It’s all still so surreal to think that Nutrition Stripped is now a physical book in homes all around the world! I’m still processing the night and the joy of the cookbook release, so I wanted to share the event and photos from the evening here with you!

The incredible Smilebooth photobooth was so fun and I’ve had a blast going through all of the photos from the night. The watermelon backdrop and NS watercolor props were designed by Spicefire and couldn’t have been more perfect. If you snapped a pic in the photobooth and didn’t get your photos, you can get them here!

Spicefire made all of the print materials for the event and I am so thankful for their eye for design that jazzed up the event. I’m hosting the Cincinnati release party at their space, so if you’re in the area come hang out with me next Saturday! Read more about the Cincinnati party here.

I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the delicious food spread! I shared some of my favorite recipes from the cookbook – Artisan Seeded Bread, Massaged Beet, Carrot, and Brussels Spout Salad with Citrus-Tahini Dressing, Moroccan Millet Salad, and Ultimate Energy Seed Truffles made with dates from My good pals at 12th Table shared their beautiful serving trays that made for a gorgeous spread of the cookbook recipes. If you’re hosting an event in Nashville, you’ll definitely want to use their rentals and take advantage of their event design!

Epice next door to White’s Mercantile is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Nashville and they were kind enough to share their delicious Peasant Salad for the event. GBZO Nash shared the best hummus and tabbouleh, and Franklin Juice Co. shared yummy juice for cocktails and brought their cute truck, Harvey!

Austin from Corsair and Marissa with Social Enjoyments shared the most delicious healthy drinks. Corsair is a distillery in Nashville and they make the best spirits. I love using their vodka in my Watermelon Mint Twist Cocktail. Flora Nashville brought their cute mobile nursery and livened up the space with the cutest succulents, cacti , and houseplants! Their little repurposed teardrop camper is one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen.

My favorite part was meeting so many oh YOU and celebrating with pals and family! It’s such an honor to hear how Nutrition Stripped has played a role in your personal wellness journeys. I hope that the #NScookbook continues to support that journey and brings everyone who gets a copy a balanced wellbeing. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate and to everyone who has bought, shared, and reviewed the cookbook! You guys keep me going.

1 million thank yous to everyone who made this day possible – the most wonderful hosts at White’s Mercantile, the incredible teams at Spicefire, Fresh, Smilebooth, Corsair Distillery, Social Enjoyments, Franklin Juice Co., Las Paletas, Epice, 12th Table, GBZO Nash, and

Thank you to all of my favorite brands who donated to the goody bags  – Simply Gum, Pique Tea, WelleCo,, Fresh, Everly, and Grand Palace Silkscreen.
