A delicious, creamy, sweet, and tart green smoothie for a healthy breakfast on the go or snack. The lemon and orange “hide” any green taste enough for everyone to enjoy drinking their greens!

Anytime I can bring you a simple, delicious, and nutrient dense recipe that squeezes in greens…I’m gonna do it. AND I feel like I haven’t shared this green smoothie recipe I’ve been making so much lately as a way to help my body reset from all the travel, excitement, and stress (even if it’s the good kind!). Meet the vitamin C rich Good Morning Green Citrus Smoothie.

I teamed up with Fresh Beauty to create five healthy recipes inspired by the ingredients of their new Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask  – clementines, lemons, and oranges – to help support your glow from within! Today I’m sharing one of those recipes, the Good Morning Green Citrus Smoothie. It’s a delicious, creamy, sweet, and tart green smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack. The citrus “hides” any green taste so that everyone can enjoy. Keep reading for the recipe and how this recipe helps you glow!

This smoothie is all about giving you the nutrients you need to give you that healthy glow as it’s packed with beauty foods. Coconut milk is incredibly hydrating with naturally occurring electrolytes like potassium that help you retain water for lively skin and hair. Citrus (i.e. lemon and orange) is full of Vitamin C that helps give your skin a healthy glow, and healthy fats in the coconut milk and avocado will help balance hormones for smooth skin. Spinach contains heaping amounts of Vitamin A and K and also phytonutrients that have been shown to help decrease inflammation in the body that shows up as redness, puffiness, or acne. This smoothie is simple but quite the powerhouse.

Get the glow

And if you try out Fresh’s Vitamin Nectar Mask, let me know what you think! I’ve been loving how soft and smooth it makes my skin afterward and really have noticed a glow.
