Hey guys! Today I’m continuing the Get to Know NS posts with a breakdown of how to use allllll of the recipes on the NS blog. And let me just tell you, there are A LOT. This week we’re celebrating 4 years of NS (woo!), and that means that there is 4 years of recipes on the blog! That’s a whole buncha recipes. So keep reading to learn how to get the most out of those 4 years of recipe development!

To start, you can find every single recipe out of the hundreds on the blog on the Recipe Index. Just click the “Menu” button and click “The Recipes”, or go straight to nutritionstripped.com/recipes/. There you’ll find every recipe organized by type, i.e. breakfast, soups, sides, suppers, smoothies and juice, etc. It looks like this:

If alll of those recipes are a little overwhelming for you or say you just want to find recipes with one particular ingredient, like sweet potatoes, then the search function will be your best friend. I get a lot of questions on social about how to find recipes on the blog, and I think a lot of you may not know that you can use that little magnifying glass in the upper left corner of any page to search the whole site for what you’re looking for. Fore example, if you just want to check out the gluten free recipes on the blog, then you can just search “gluten free recipes” and you’ll get tons of ideas from the last 4 years of NS.

Share what you want to see!

Speaking of recipes, what would you guys like to see more of in 2017? I got a lot of feedback about simple, quick recipes in the coming year, and Id love to hear more ideas of what you’d like to see! Spill it in the comments, and if you make any of these recipes at home, don’t forget to share with #nutritionstripped so I can see! Looking at what you guys are up to on the hashtag is one of my favorite things to do every day, so share away!
