This recipe for buckwheat pancakes is one to make on the weekend when you have a little more wiggle room in your morning routine.
These are called blue buckwheat pancakes for the special ingredient, spirulina, which you can omit if you don’t have on hand but I recommend squeezing it in for extra minerals and amino acids. The blueberry sauce is versatile and can be used on this stack of pancakes or your favorite ice cream, yogurt, or dessert recipe!
