This Bright Balanced Spring Salad is the dish you need for a boost of delicious flavor! Packed with all the vitamins and minerals, it’s a wonderful way to eat a balanced meal.

How To Make This Bright Balanced Spring Salad

First, combine all of your ingredients (except for the dressing) in a large bowl. Toss until all ingredients are combined! Lastly, drizzle your Herb Tahini Dressing and splash olive oil over top. Combine one last time until the salad is evenly coated!

Tips For Making This Bright Balanced Spring Salad

There’s a tip you should keep in mind that will help you save time when assembling this salad.

Prep Your Ingredients In Advance

Looking to speed up the prep time a bit? You can chop up and prepare your vegetables in advance so you have a little less work on your hands when you decide to assemble your Bright Balanced Spring Salad. Save the seasoning until right before you’re going to eat! This will ensure you preserve the texture and turgor of the vegetables.

What if I don’t like Tahini?

Don’t sweat it! Tahini isn’t for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. Simply opt for your favorite Flavor Factor dressing instead, such as our Honey Mustard Dressing!

Ingredients

1 cup Massaged Kale

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/4 cup radicchio, chopped

1/2 cup chopped green beans

3 radishes, sliced

2-3 hardboiled eggs

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon pumpkin seed

2 tablespoons Herb Tahini Dressing

1 tablespoon of Bragg ACV to taste

Drizzle of Bragg Olive Oil

Directions

Step 1

Combine massaged kale, romaine lettuce, radicchio, green beans, radishes, hardboiled eggs, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.

Step 2

Toss with Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, and Herb Tahini Dressing and it’s ready to be served.
