Move that Bod!

Start by standing in the middle of the band, feet hips width apart. Bring the handles up to the shoulders and hold them there throughout the exercise. Drop down into a squat, keeping your chest up and dropping as low as you can. Control the squat on the way down and explode on the way up. Squeeze your glutes and quads at the top. Repeat for 15 reps

Another tip for planning ahead at work is to keep 30 minutes every working day, on morning or evening before leaving the office depending on your own preference, to plan ahead the day. You can use those 30 minutes to review your planning for the day, prepare a meeting or review a presentation. It was really useful and productive for me to have those 30 minutes just for planning and preparation.
