You can tell yourself daily mantras to become a happier, healthier person.

We’ve talked before about the different health pillars of the Nutrition Stripped lifestyle, including nourishing our cells through nutrient-dense whole foods, exercising and moving our bodies, supportive communities, and stress management. Today I want to focus on 10 mantras you can say today to yourself that will help you foster a healthier and happier wellbeing. Again, these are just a roadmap and a guideline for you to use. I challenge you to come up with at least 3 of your own that speak directly to you and where you are in life!

I was first inspired by reciting mantras daily to myself after watching an interview with the man himself, Tony Robbins, on priming. It’s a routine he does every morning (I’ve chatted about it here), and now it’s part of my mental/emotional/spiritual practice as well. I include a variety of mantras depending on how I’m feeling that day and also go with the ebb and flow of life and change them up when I need new inspiration. This is one of the first homework assignments I give my clients and they come up with some amazing ones that I’m sharing here as well. I hope these help you cultivate a healthier wellbeing and I’d LOVE to hear your mantras that you come up with in the comments section.

I am perfect the way I am, right now.

I have everything in me to be and experience happiness.

I am abundant in __ (i.e. in love, happiness, joy, success, etc.)

I am love.

I am choosing XYZ to nourish my body.

I am strong because I choose strength.

I am capable of change.

Show up and be present.

I speak my truth, my wants, my needs, my desires.

I try my best, in this moment.

What are your mantras?

So, let’s start this conversation, what are your favorite mantras you tell yourself each day or ones you call on when you’re going through a challenging time? I’d love to hear them (and I know the NS community would love it too!). Share it below and on Instagram with #nutritionstripped so I can see em’ in action!
