As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I created this Reset because I’m just like you, if I don’t have a plan it’s that much harder to stick to my goals and feel as optimal as I can. So, I have systems in place to stay on track before, during, after the holidays, and then a mindful healthy kickoff for New Year including setting the tone and intention for the year from a mental standpoint too– remember you guys, it’s all connected! This looks likes giving my body a reset nutritionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually by making my health a priority and making ME a priority again. I’ll also add in what I like to call “optimizers” to my nutrition plan to make sure that my body has all of the support it needs and even some intermittent fasting in the form of digestive rest days and will be sure to give my body plenty of whole foods and exercise to feel amazing.
