What is Nourish?
The Nourish 12 week program is for when you want to truly commit to making a healthy change in your lifestyle. 12 weeks is a magic timeframe for manifesting your wellness vision for yourself and taking the time to see lasting results!
INCLUDES: 12 total sessions: one 1-hour beginning session, seven 30-minute sessions, then four 15-minute follow-up sessions to ease you out onto your own. Complete with meal plans tailored to you, full nutrition and dietary assessment, individual goals and recommendations, grocery shopping guides and lists, plus additional eBooks that will be beneficial for your progress. Unlimited support in between sessions via email.
