I truly love what I do for you guys on Nutrition Stripped and hope that the NS blog has helped you find helpful resources on nutrition, wellness, and delicious healthy recipes. But maybe you feel like you still don’t have the balance, control, and energy that you want. Maybe you want confidence in your own skin, better digestion, or to find your healthy weight. Or you might just need a little more support in learning how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Do those things sound familiar to you? They do to me! I’ve been there before wanting those same things. Before I started living the NS lifestyle, I had chronic migraines, digestive issues, skin breakouts, and overall stress about living a healthy life. One day I went cold turkey from the foods and habits that made me feel this way and haven’t looked back. In college, in order to stay healthy while running between classes and keeping up with my workload, I started batch cooking and meal planning for the week in advance. Once I learned how to plan, I would have healthy meals ready to go without having to cook three meals a day. These days I have batch cooking down to a science and can grocery shop and meal plan for the week in under 3 hours, giving me over 10 extra hours a week to do the things I love like painting, playing with my puppy Luna, practicing self care, and spending time with family and friends. I’m not some unicorn or unique case, it took a lot of hard work and motivation, but I promise to show you what I’ve learned along the way and how to manage it now in your life.
I’m sharing this in hopes that it inspires you to take control in the same way I did. Trust me if I can do it do this day so can you! I made the NS Society because I wanted to share my plan with you so that you can also feel your best, have more time for things you love, and stay on track even when life gets busiest. In the Society I’ve shared healthy meal plans, grocery shopping lists, wellness guides, and even an emergency “911” plan for those times when you life gets hectic. And best of all you’ll join a supportive community that shares the same goal of feeling amazing and having more time for well, life!

So I know that you might have some questions still. I’ve rounded up the most common questions I get about the Society and already answered them for you. Let’s dive in!
I want more than four seasons of meal plans.
When you sign up for the NS Society, you’re getting far more than just meal plans. You’ll get recipes plus ebooks, meal planning tools, and extras for when you need a reset or an 911 meal plan. There are several meal plan services out there that will give you a different recipe for every week, but the goal of the NS Society is to teach you how to meal plan for life! Each season has four rotations plus a swap it list for extra flexibility so that you have the opportunity to become a pro at each rotation. You can reuse meal plans, swap them around, or substitute with the Swap It List or your favorite recipes. If you get bored with the meals, just switch it up!
I think batch cooking might be too hard or I don’t have time.
When I first started batch cooking the first couple of times took me double, just to find my groove but I promise you’ll quickly become a multitasking pro. Nowadays I can do the entire process from shopping –> cooking in under 3 hours. I save ~10 hours a week to do more of the things I love plus no decision fatigue! I’ve done the hard work for you and set you up with shopping lists, batch cooking schedules, and even an example and worksheet showing you how to break down recipes into a batch cooking day to save you the most time.
I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/paleo/have allergies/etc.
The meal plans are all gluten free, dairy free, and use only whole food ingredients. Some recipes contain eggs and nuts, but you can easily sub for flax eggs and seeds. If you are paleo, many of the recipes have whole grains and legumes instead of meat, but you could easily sub these for meat to fit your diet. Again, the goal is to teach you how to plan meals and batch cook for yourself, so if you have a diet that restricts certain foods, you’ll learn how to make recipes work for you!
