Library, bookshelf, resources

I thought it would be helpful to create a resource page full of books, texts, films, online databases, and more of products I enjoy and personally use. You’ll find separate pages for the products I love, places I enjoy eating, and a library full of books! These lists will be updated continually, as I’m always looking for new knowledge and inspiration. Feel free to comment below on some of your favorite resources as well, it’s all for the good of the Nutrition Stripped community.

Hungry for books? Feed your head with knowledge, wisdom, inspiration, and motivation from some of my favorite reads. Side note, just because I list a book doesn’t mean I’m an advocate for said author, I think it helps to be open and receptive to multiple health professionals and ideas, and then form your opinion from the research.
