I’m sharing my story today here for all of you out there who have emailed me asking about my path and how I got to be where I am today. I get emails almost daily from future dietitians, nutritionists, health coaches, current professionals, and people interested going back to school to pursue a degree or work in the field of nutrition. I LOVE that the momentum of dietetics is catching on and the power of what we put in our bodies has such a huge impact on our minds, bodies, and overall health. I’m sharing my top tips!
Hi everyone! I just wanted to pop in and say hello, but also to tell you that for the rest of this week I’ll be taking a week off of all technology such as social media (facebook, instagram, pinterest, etc.), blogging, writing, etc. and will be focusing on inner work versus outer work. I think it’s incredibly important for all of us to take a little time away from the chaos of work, social media, and technology and get to basics of reality and centering oneself.
I encourage anyone who feels they need to take a break from technology to energize, rejuvenate, “detox” mentally, and break free from it all- to join me for the rest of this week! I’ll be back next week back on the regular blogging schedule, with some great things in store for you all for the New Year including new client availabilities!
Best to you all, I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes to sit with today or this week…”Each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us. We need hours of aimless wandering or spates of time sitting on park benches, observing the mysterious world of ants and the canopy of treetops.” Maya Angelou
Today I wanted to share a brief interview with Sol Orwell from Examine.com. Remember me talking about this great resource several months ago in my first edition of Products I Love? Well today, I thought it’s perfect timing to have one of the intelligent minds behind this fantastic site, Sol Orwell, to tell you a little bit more about Examine.com and the supplement guide.
I wanted to make a quick post for new going on here with me! I’m happy to announce… I’ll now be a blog contributor for InspiredRD blog! I will be posting delicious gluten free recipes towards the end of each month and will keep you all updated here and urge you to go on over to InspiredRD to read full recipes.
